First TTML Makers' Guide

Did you just become a TTML Maker? Here's what you need to know!

It's such a good feeling as getting your first TTML uploaded. But what comes next?

Uploading more TTMLs

When you become an official TTML Maker of ours you get access to a channel made just for you! You can submit your TTMLs from there. We do our best to upload all your TTMLs but it is really hard, as our team is currently as small as 6-7 people, and we have about 40 tickets open every minute.

Becoming a Self-Uploader

If your TTMLs are really good the team might give you a role that let's you upload your own TTMLs. A great example is @rx with over 60 self-uploads!

Profile Editor

As well as getting access to the uploads channel you get to use the Spicy Lyrics Interface's profile editor. There you will be able edit your profile that shows up under your syncs in Spicy Lyrics.

The profile syncs with the web editor every so often, but you may use the "Request profile sync" button to make an immediate change request.

Sharing your profile

Your TTML profile is available online at profile.spicylyrics.org/(username) for example at:

https://profile.spicylyrics.org/1qzf

(When you change your Discord username it will redirect you to the new profile, as long as no one else takes the username) or at and URL like:

https://profile.spicylyrics.org/uid/1252737523084558377

(This is a permanent link, but it's not commonly used anymore).

Lyrprep

The Lyrprep tool will be available from there as well, because this way you will be able to get lyrics via a Spotify Link.
